Return Policy
If you receive a damaged/faulty artwork or product, or the artwork/product does not match your original order, please get in touch immediately. Please send an email to sarah@artbysarah.com.au within 3 business days of receiving your item/s. Please include your order number and attach images of the damaged/ incorrect product. The incorrect or damaged product must be returned within 10 days from the receipt of goods and I will happily exchange it for you, free of charge. It is important to me that you feel happy and satisfied with your new artwork.
If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information sent on your end- or you have failed to collect your parcel from your local post office, Art by Sarah is not liable for the re-postage of your order.
*To have the parcel re-sent, you will need to pay the cost of re-delivery to your address.
Please keep in mind that due to the fragile nature of the artworks, I cannot offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind, as covered in the T&C’s
